Amazon is a goldmine of deals and steals. But the site also has its downsides: It’s one of the biggest data-collectors in the world, and you can bet that they know everything about your browsing habits. If you’re anything like us, you may have grown suspicious of Amazon after discovering just how much information they have on their users.

They probably know what kind of underwear you prefer, what cereal you eat for breakfast every day, and every product you’ve ever considered buying from them. That said, it’s not like Amazon is evil or anything—they’re just a business that wants to make more money, which means knowing as much as possible about their customers. If this makes you uncomfortable, don’t worry! You can delete your order history from Amazon with just a few clicks.

How to Delete Your Order History on Amazon

There are three ways you can go about deleting your Amazon order history: You can delete individual orders, delete all of your orders at once, or have them removed by Amazon after a certain amount of time has passed. To start, you’ll need to go to Your Account and select “Manage Your Content and Devices” From here, select “Manage Your Kindle” and scroll down to “Your Orders”.

This is where you’ll see all of the orders you’ve ever made with Amazon. Once you’re here, you’ll need to click “Edit” next to the order you want to delete. From there, you’ll see a “Delete” option. Once you click that, the order will be gone from your account forever—no record will remain.

You can do that if you only want to delete one order from your account! And you don’t even have to go to “Your Orders,” which can be a pain if you only want to delete one item. Instead, go to “Your Account” and go to “Manage Your Content and Devices” From there, click on “Manage Your Kindle” and scroll down to “Orders” Find the order you want to delete and click “edit” From here, you will see a “delete” option to the right. Clicking this will delete the order from your account.

Deleting All of Your Order History at Once

The process is a bit trickier if you want to get rid of all your order history at once. Amazon doesn’t give you an option to delete all of your orders at once, so you’ll have to do it one at a time. Here’s what you’ll want to do: Browse to “Your Account” and click “Manage Your Content and Devices” From here, go to “Manage Your Kindle” You’ll see a list of your orders here, and you should see a “delete” button next to each.

Amazon knows a lot about you—maybe even too much. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can delete your Amazon order history. The easiest way to do this is by clicking a “delete” button next to an order. You can also go to “Your Account” and select “Manage Your Content and Devices” to clear it all at once.
